Purrfect Control helps you record and review your diabetic cat's glucose, insulin, weight and more. PurrfectVet is a free app for veterinary clinics to view the records that owners share. Neither app is a substitute for diagnosis or treatment. Always follow your vet's instructions on insulin doses and care.

FAQ – Purrfect Control

Where are my records stored?
On your device. There is no account. Only the records of cats you share with your vet are sent to our server.

How do I share my cat's records with my vet?
Go to More > Share with your vet, then scan the clinic's QR code, tap its NFC tag or enter its clinic code. You can stop sharing with each clinic on the same screen.

My clinic doesn't use PurrfectVet.
Use More > Export PDF / CSV to create a file and send it by email or message.

Can I move my records to a new phone?
Not in the current version. Deleting the App also deletes your records. To keep a copy, use More > Export PDF / CSV.

I'm not getting reminders.
Allow notifications for the App in your device settings, then choose your reminder times in More > Reminders.

I added a cat by mistake.
Open that cat and use "Delete this cat" at the bottom of More > Cat profile (when you have two or more cats).

How do I sign in?
Enter your email address and type in the 6-digit code we send you.

How do owners share with my clinic?
Register your clinic, then put the QR code from the Clinic tab at reception (you can print it), or give owners the clinic code. You can also scan the QR code shown in an owner's app.

How do I delete my account?
Settings > Delete account.

Purrfect Control は、糖尿病の猫の血糖・インスリン・体重などを記録して見返すためのアプリです。PurrfectVet は、飼い主が共有した記録を動物病院が見るための無料のアプリです。どちらも診断や治療の代わりにはなりません。インスリンの量や治療については、かかりつけの獣医の指示に従ってください。

よくある質問（Purrfect Control）

記録はどこに保存されますか？
お使いの端末の中です。アカウントの登録はありません。獣医と共有した猫の記録だけを、当社のサーバーへ送ります。

獣医に記録を見せるには？
「その他 ＞ 獣医と共有」で、病院の QR コードを読むか、NFC シールにかざすか、病院のコードを入れてください。同じ画面で、病院ごとに共有を止められます。

病院が PurrfectVet を使っていません。
「その他 ＞ PDF・CSV で書き出す」でファイルを作り、メールやメッセージで送ってください。

機種変更したら記録は移りますか？
今の版では移せません。アプリを削除すると記録も消えます。残しておきたい記録は「その他 ＞ PDF・CSV で書き出す」で書き出せます。

通知が届きません。
端末の設定で、このアプリの通知を許可してください。アプリの「その他 ＞ 通知」で、知らせる時刻を選べます。

猫を間違えて登録しました。
その猫を開き、「その他 ＞ 猫の設定」のいちばん下の「この猫を削除」で消せます（猫が2匹以上のとき）。

ログインのしかたは？
メールアドレスを入れ、届いた6桁のコードを入れてください。

飼い主に共有してもらうには？
病院を登録し、「病院」タブの QR コードを受付に置くか（印刷できます）、病院のコードを飼い主に伝えてください。飼い主のアプリに出る QR コードを読むこともできます。

アカウントを削除するには？
「設定 ＞ アカウントを削除」から削除できます。
