Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Plus One Point Pty Ltd ("we") handles personal information in the app "Purrfect Control – Cat Diabetes Log" (the "Owner App") and the app for vets, "PurrfectVet" (together, the "Apps").

1. Records in the Owner App

Everything you enter in the Owner App (your cat's name, glucose readings, insulin, weight, urine strip results, notes and settings) is stored on your device. Unless you turn on sharing with your vet, we do not send it to our servers or to any third party.

2. Sharing with your vet (only for cats you choose)

When you turn on "Share with your vet" for a cat, that cat's records (the information in section 1 for that cat) are sent to our server. Each time you save a record, the latest records are sent again.

Only the following can see the shared records:

• Veterinary clinics you choose with the clinic's QR code, NFC tag or clinic code
• Anyone who scans the QR code you show in the App (until a clinic receives it)

Sharing does not require an owner account. Our server creates a key for each cat, and that key is stored only on your device.

You can stop sharing with each clinic in the App. When you stop all sharing, or delete the cat from the App, we delete that cat's records from our server.

3. Sliding scale

For a shared cat, a sliding scale (insulin units for each glucose level) can be entered by the vet in PurrfectVet or by the owner in the Owner App. It is passed to the other app through our server. The Apps only show the scale as entered; they do not decide any dose.

4. Information collected in PurrfectVet (for vets)

To sign in to PurrfectVet, you register your email address. Each time you sign in, we send a 6-digit code to that address. When you register your clinic, we also keep the clinic's name.

We use your email address only to send sign-in codes and to confirm it is you. We do not use it for advertising or newsletters. Sign-ins that are not used for 90 days end automatically.

You can ask us to delete your account and clinic information in PurrfectVet's settings or through the contact form below.

5. New version notices

When the Apps start, they ask our server for the latest version. They send only the type of device (iOS or Android).

6. Information we do not collect

We do not collect device identifiers, location, contacts or usage data. The Apps contain no advertising and no analytics tools. Like other websites, our server keeps connection logs (IP address and time) for a limited period to protect against unauthorised access.

7. Where data is stored and how it is protected

Our server is located in a data centre in Japan (XServer Inc.). All communication between the Apps and our server is encrypted (HTTPS). Keys and sign-in codes are not stored on the server in their original form.

8. Reminders

Insulin and glucose reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. No information is sent to us for reminders.

9. Exports (PDF and CSV)

PDF and CSV files created with "Share with your vet" go only to the people or apps you choose in your device's share sheet.

10. Deleting your records

You can delete entries one by one, or a whole cat, in the App. Deleting the App from your device deletes all records on the device. Records of a shared cat can also be deleted from our server as described in section 2. We hold no copy of records that are not shared, so we cannot restore deleted records.

11. Children

The Apps are not directed at children.

Plus One Point Pty Ltd（以下「当社」）は、アプリ「Purrfect Control – 猫の糖尿病記録」（以下「飼い主アプリ」）と、獣医向けのアプリ「PurrfectVet」（以下、2つを合わせて「本アプリ」）での個人情報の扱いを、次のとおり定めます。

1. 飼い主アプリの記録

飼い主アプリに入力した記録（猫の名前、血糖値、インスリン、体重、尿試験紙、メモ、設定など）は、お使いの端末の中に保存されます。獣医との共有を ON にしないかぎり、当社のサーバーやほかの第三者へ送ることはありません。

2. 獣医との共有（ON にした猫だけ）

「獣医と共有」を ON にした猫について、その猫の記録（上の1の内容のうち、その猫の分）を当社のサーバーへ送ります。記録を保存するたびに、最新の内容を送り直します。

送った記録を見られるのは、次の相手だけです。

• 飼い主が、病院の QR コード・NFC シール・病院のコードで選んだ動物病院
• 飼い主がアプリに出した QR コードを読んだ人（どこかの病院が受け取るまで）

共有のために、飼い主のアカウントは作りません。当社のサーバーは猫ごとに鍵を作り、その鍵は飼い主の端末にだけ保存されます。

見せている相手は、アプリの中で1つずつ止められます。共有をすべてやめるか、その猫をアプリから削除すると、当社のサーバーからその猫の記録を削除します。

3. スライディングスケール

共有している猫のスライディングスケール（血糖値ごとのインスリンの単位数の表）は、獣医が PurrfectVet で入れることも、飼い主がアプリで入れることもできます。入れた表は当社のサーバーを通して、もう一方のアプリに届きます。表は入れた人の内容をそのまま表示するもので、本アプリが量を決めることはありません。

4. PurrfectVet（獣医向け）で集める情報

PurrfectVet にログインするために、メールアドレスを登録していただきます。ログインのたびに、6桁のコードをそのメールアドレスへ送ります。病院を登録するときは、病院の名前もお預かりします。

メールアドレスは、ログインのコードを送ることと、ご本人の確認にだけ使います。広告や案内のメールには使いません。90日使わなかったログインは自動で切れます。

アカウントと病院の情報の削除は、PurrfectVet の設定、または下のお問い合わせからご依頼いただけます。

5. 新しいバージョンのお知らせ

本アプリは、起動したときに当社のサーバーへ最新のバージョンを問い合わせます。そのとき送るのはアプリの種類（iOS・Android）だけです。

6. 集めない情報

当社は、端末の識別子、位置情報、連絡先、利用状況のデータを集めません。広告や、利用状況を分析するツールも入っていません。当社のサーバーには、不正なアクセスを防ぐため、ほかのウェブサイトと同じように接続の記録（IP アドレス・日時）が一定期間残ります。

7. 保存場所と安全管理

当社のサーバーは、日本のデータセンター（エックスサーバー株式会社）にあります。本アプリと当社のサーバーとのやりとりは、すべて暗号化（HTTPS）されています。鍵やログインのコードは、そのままの形ではサーバーに保存しません。

8. 通知

インスリンや血糖の測定の通知は、端末の中で予約されるローカル通知です。通知のために当社へ情報を送ることはありません。

9. 書き出し（PDF・CSV）

「獣医に見せる」で作った PDF・CSV は、利用者が端末の共有機能で選んだ相手やアプリにだけ渡ります。送り先は利用者が決めます。

10. 記録の削除

記録はアプリの中で1件ずつ、または猫ごとに削除できます。本アプリを端末から削除すると、端末の記録もすべて消えます。共有していた猫の記録は、2の方法で当社のサーバーからも削除できます。当社は共有していない記録を持っていないため、消えた記録を当社から戻すことはできません。

11. 子どもの利用

本アプリは、子どもを対象にしたものではありません。
